How do I know this is possible? Because I’ve walked this transformation myself. 

As a CPA working for 10+ years in large public companies, I found myself working 60+ hours a week. Late nights in the office and weekend afternoons in front of my laptop became the norm. Whatever free time I had was spent sleeping or mindlessly watching Netflix.

I was burnt out and didn't even recognize the signs.

I felt constantly on edge, believing my career would never allow me to work 9-5. I thought I'd have to quit or burn it all down.

Before walking away—which I nearly did multiple times—I decided to seek support.

That's when everything changed.

Through personal development coaching, I discovered tools I wish I'd been taught earlier. As I implemented them, my work became manageable and my hours decreased. I was being recognized for my leadership and started receiving big promotions. Until one day, I found myself making more money than I ever imagined, working 20 hours a week, and feeling the happiest and healthiest I'd ever been.

I was exercising regularly, eating well, taking disconnected vacations, and rediscovering hobbies. This journey ignited my passion for coaching and wellness, inspiring me to earn certifications in feminine leadership and holistic health so I could guide other women through this same transformation.

I know it's possible to work less and get more out of life because I've lived my way through burnout and rebuilt a life full of spaciousness, presence, and joy without sacrificing success.

A little about me…

Hi thre, I’m laura

I’m a Certified Public Accountant, Holistic Health Coach, and Feminine Leadership Coach & Facilitator. 

As a former corporate accountant and executive, I understand the pressure of demanding careers. I now bring the same analytical approach to auditing and optimizing every area of life. I specialize in helping high-achieving women discover how to get more hours in the day through better systems, mindset shifts, and alignment with their natural rhythm.

I’ve lived the extremes:  the rigid corporate world of 60+ hour weeks and the complete burnout that follows, as well as the journey back to health through mindset shifts, healing outdated patterns and learning how to honor my body's cycles and needs. My lived experience and training bridges the gap between being productive by society's standards while living an intentional life.

Through my signature Whole Life Audit Method, I help clients go from working in all consuming careers to creating spacious, fulfilling lives where they work less and have ample time for what they enjoy most. I help them streamline what drains them and amplify what energizes them. 

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients having the time and space to enjoy the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.
